Q: How many PTS Perks will I earn on a tour?

A: You earn $5 per night on tour. For example, on a 11 day/10 night tour, you will earn $50 toward a future tour.

Q: How can I use these perks?

A: Perks may be used as payment on any future PTS Tour (including day trips).

Q: Can I use my perks toward my deposit or for a travel protection plan?

A: No. PTS Perks may only be redeemed at final payment.

Q: Can I use points I will earn on an upcoming tour toward my final payment now?

A: No. PTS Perks may only be used after earning them.

Q: OK, so when do I earn these perks?

A: PTS Perks are earned after the tour is completed. When you return home from your current tour, you may use them.

Q: Can I redeem PTS Perks for a tour I have already paid for but not taken?

A: No. PTS Perks may only be redeemed on a tour where the final payment has not been made.

Q: Can I transfer my perks to someone else? Can I redeem PTS Perks for cash?

A: No. PTS Perks are nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash. You earned them, you spend them!

Q: Is there an expiration date on my perks?

A: Yes. PTS Perks expire three years from the return date of the tour they were earned on.

Q: How do I know if I have any PTS Perks available?

A: Call our office at 877.828.4332 or 218.828.4332 during regular business hours or email us at travel@ptstours.com to get an update on your PTS Perks total.
