Q: How many points will I earn on a tour?
A: You earn 50 points per night on tour. For example, on a 11-day or a 10-night tour, you will earn 500 points.
Q: How can I use these points?
A: Points may be used as discounts on most future PTS Tours (including day trips) at the rate of 10 points per dollar OFF. For example, if you have 1,000 available, you can deduct $100.00 from your final payment.
Q: Can I use my points toward my deposit or for insurance?
A: No. PTS Perks Points may only be redeemed for final payment.
Q: Can I use points I will earn on an upcoming tour toward my final payment now?
A: No. PTS Perks Points may only be used after earning them.
Q: OK, so when do I earn these points?
A: PTS Perks Points are earned after the tour is completed. When you return home from your current tour, you may use them.
Q: Can I redeem PTS Perks Points for a tour I have already paid for but not taken?
A: No. PTS Perks Points may only be redeemed on a tour where the final payment has not been made.
Q: Can I redeem PTS Perks Points for cash?
A: No. PTS Perks Points are not redeemable for cash.
Q: Can I transfer my points to someone else?
A: No. PTS Perks Points are nontransferable. You earned them, you get to spend them!
Q: Is there an expiration date on my points?
A: Yes. PTS Perks Points expire at the end of the calendar year, three years from the return date of the tour they were earned on. For example, if you return from your tour on 5/13/2013, your perks points for that tour will expire on 12/31/2016.
Q: How do I know if I have any PTS Perks Points available?
A: Call our office at 877-828-4332 or 218-828-4332 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to get an update on your PTS Perks Points total. We will update you when you will be able to find out this information on the internet.
